I'm feeling 1000% better as of yesterday. I managed to keep an appointment with James...the hairdresser who's done my hair for over 14 years. I stayed in bed for three days to make sure I'd be well enough to keep my "date" with James.
I hadn't seen him since I moved up to the farm in 2017, so he was surprised to see me on his schedule, and we spent the hour he cut my hair catching up on our lives. It was great. I promised to come back one more time before we head back north.
I'm not sharing my weather app image to make your envious, but goodness, it was nice to be outside again. Even if it rains, the temps are going to be perfect for January...whether you're in the north or south. Now, I can make the most of it!

ReplyDeletePlease don’t overdo yourself. Keep soaking in the Sunshine and warmth. It is 29F here in the desert at 8 am...Brrrr. Always comforting to have a good hairdresser.
