Now, Where Was I?...

When last I was involved in a creative pursuit, I was working on the first of these Palmer art pieces to create new zippered pouches. Then The Crud hit and everything was put on hold.

I pulled these out of my embroidery box to review what I'd wanted to embroidery on them, and I'll get back to needle and thread today. I want these finished and in my shop in time for Valentine's Day.

I also have a Shop Hop Crossbody Bag to create for a custom order I received while I was laid up. That will be ready to ship by Monday to my client. It really is time for me to gently return to my needle dancing. I'll just have to pace myself so I don't relapse.

Thanks for all your care and concern for me. I really felt all your good wishes and prayers. I know my return was faster because of you. I missed you too much to stay away longer.

  2. Slow and steady wins the race 😉 A "gentle return" sounds like a good idea, and I have no doubt that a little needle dancing and creativity will lift the spirits greatly!

    1. Hi Lois:
I agree completely. Little nap breaks fit right in, too. I stitch a little, rest a little, and smile a lot while I'm stitching.

I love Michelle's artwork. I hope I can do justice to them with my needlework.
I'm glad to be back, too, and taking it really easy as I continue to get back to 100%. The sunshine sure helps!

    1. Hi Sherry:
I love her pieces, and I hope to do them justice with my additions. I have to see if I have a mouse, otherwise, I'll ask her to do a few for me. Better by the day, my dear. Better by the day.

Take care of you, and Handsome too.
