Sneak Peek...

While I can't share photos of finished Grammie's Jammies yet, I can give you a peek at two of the three fabrics I'm using. These are the sweetest, softest cottons to become the most lovely jammies. I think the young ladies will like them. What do you think?

Grandson's jammies are complete, so I'll photograph that fabric some time today to share with you, too. His are soft, warm flannel. I'm thinking I'll be making some for Handsome with the perfect-sized remainder.

More sewing today. Coffee, then a deep breath as I'll keep my head down today to finish them up. Lazy elves. lol

  1. Those are lovely fabrics & trims! They are so soft and feminine and any young lady should feel quite fine in them! This "old" lady really likes them! 😄

    1. Dear Lois:
I'm so glad you like the fabrics. They're so soft and "girly". I can't wait to see our granddaughters' reactions.

  3. So pretty! I'm seriously looking forward to being able to create 'girlie' things now that we have a granddaughter but she's a wee bit young yet. Already bought a pattern for making her some nighties when she gets a little older (perhaps next Christmas).

    1. Hi MA:
The first few years were onsies and snugglers. After they started toddling, it got to be more girly. I know you'll love creating them for your granddaughter, and she'll look forward to them as she gets older.

    1. Hi Sherry:
Thanks, dear. I know your little would love it, too! This ol' elf is tired this year. I'll be glad to just rest. Soon enough...

  5. Those elves couldn't keep up with you any way and would just be under foot.
Love the fabric, the pattern on each looks so delicate, they will be well loved.
    Have a wonderful weekend.

    1. Hi Shirley:
Even the pups know to stay downstairs when the irons and machines start whirring. I think they're quite feminine, too. (They'll be nighties, which I haven't made for them since they were little. shhhhh. Don't tell anyone.) Happy Christmas Eve weekend!
