Making A List and Checking It Twice...

I've made my Christmas gift lists and will be starting projects very soon. There
will be table runners, Grammie's Jammies, Classmate™ organizers, pincushions,
pillowcases, napkin sets and lap quilts made well before my deadline this year.

I'm really happy with what I have planned, and I have all my materials chosen.
I'll be having a great time creating carefully chosen gifts for each recipient.
The next few weeks will be all "hustle and bustle" in the studio, to be sure.
(I'll share finished projects with you, too, so you can see everything first!)

It's going to be a great season. No rushing out to "Black Friday" events; no last-
minute laboring. By the time Thanksgiving rolls around, I'll be able to concentrate
on holidays filled with good friends, music, celebrations and relaxation.
Isn't that what it's really all about?

  2. Sounds like you're very much on top of things! You inspired me to make my list and get my things organized and get sewing & creating. I agree, to be able to enjoy without having to rush is just perfect. Thanks for motivating me to get moving on projects.

  3. Yes exactly - what a wonderful list you have made! I think hand-made gifts are a great thing - there's just nothing quite like them, is there?
