I completed another "Sweet Stitches" kit last weekend. I'm not going to
show you the entire image quite yet, though. (It's perfect for Thanksgiving
so I'm saving it until later in the month). These really stitch up quickly, so
I'm sure I'll manage to finish another one or two more this week! I'm
thinking that, if I'm not careful, I'll have all the panels finished this month!
The weather was delightful Sunday afternoon, and our time was spent with
musicians and wonderful music. Imagine a day where every, little thing
brings a smile to your face, and you'll begin to understand just how I feel
when I listen to my husband and our friends entertain sold out venues.
This week is going to be a busy one. I'm going to make my Christmas
gift list so that I know just how much I want to accomplish in November.
With only fifty two days until Christmas, I have fewer days than that to create,
gift wrap and ship out presents to be sure they arrive in plenty of time. I'll
share my list again this year so you can follow my progress. It's going to be fun.
Are you making Christmas gifts this year, or will you be shopping instead?
Good Morning, Donna,
ReplyDeleteI am looking forward to seeing your finished needle work. Your creations are always beautiful!
I love to give handmade gifts, but I imagine with my wrist injury this year, I'll be shopping for my family.
Have a Marvelous Monday. ~Natalie
Donna...I have a partial made for gift-giving this year. I think I don't have enough time, though. ~grin~ ohwell...a little pressure and lost hours of sleep never hurt anyone. Looking forward to seeing your list.
ReplyDeletePartial 'list', that is. Not just a partial. You might be thinking dental work or something. lol
ReplyDeleteLovely Sweet Stitches completed. With only 52 days until Christmas I am thankful that I have already completed my shopping. I do it all year long. I will be making some things but haven't quite figured out what I am doing as of yet...even though the days are waning. I look forward to your list of projects. Creative Bliss Dear...
