This is something I need to remind myself. I've been pulling, purging and packing. I'm not there yet, but I'm working on it. There will be a lot leaving by the end of this month. How are you doing?
There must be something in the air because I re-noticed your 'word for 2022' just yesterday and wondered how you were doing. I've been eyeing my sewing room and know it needs another grand scale clear out but then I have a squirrel moment and start making something for the grandies. Oops.
Hi MA: Funny how that happens. My fabric studio looks like a small explosion took place in there. If I walk in, I'm afraid I'll disappear. Even so, it's calling to me. Maybe I'll make headway in there next week. (I'm baking and canning this weekend.) xo Donna
Hi Cindy! Giving up treasures is always hard for me. Once I handle it and decide it's going, I really have to commit to following through. Handsome helps by heading to the garage and placing those items in the donate box. Out of sight, out of mind. Once the box is full, off it goes! You can do it!! xo Donna
Sherry of createology: I have continued my purging of at least 22 things each month. However, I need to do more than that in many areas…like my treasures of craft and sewing supplies. Always a very sad task for me.

I agree.
ReplyDeleteOur new flooring was put in, & now comes the task of sorting when we put evreything back.

Hi Marilyn:
DeleteAlways fun to have something new, and then put away your belongings. Have fun!

I'm working on that too, although I hit a lull this last month. Good luck on your efforts.
ReplyDeleteHi Mary:
DeleteLittle by little, we'll all get there. Don't be too hard on yourself. Good luck to you, too, dear.

I needed this reminder today. I have been trying really hard to clear out stuff in several areas of my house, but it's hard sometimes!

ReplyDeleteHi Sherry:
DeleteThe studio spaces are always the hardest. Congratulations on keeping up the "22" purge.
