A Penny Here. A Penny There...

Brynwood Needleworks - Colorful Pennies

I'm stitching floral pennies again. This is the "colorful" set. The top four are the newest batch. The bottom four were the first group I stitched. The cream wool base for each one measures 3" round.

This second set called for a different stitch on one of the pennies (where I stitched the fly stitch in a circle), but I love these two treatments better, so I'm going to do the same two treatments on all of mine. (I know. I'm a rebel with a needle. lol)

Brynwood Needleworks - Neutral Pennies

I think I told you last time I shared some of these, that when I saw Lisa B's pennies, she was also stitching a neutral set. I decided to copy her idea, using my own wools and fabric/color choices (from Primitive Gatherings, of course). This is what my set looks like so far. I'll finish the lower three today.
