Linen Strawberry Sachet - Queen Anne's Lace...

I completed my prototype linen Strawberry Sachet yesterday. I chose my favorite Queen Anne's Lace as the flower for this one.
 
I have so little of the original fabric I was using for these strawberries, and I can't get more of it. That's the motivation for me looking to different fabrics to use as an alternative. Linen was my obvious next choice.

I'm happy with the way the flowers show on the ground fabric. I also like the organic feel of my blossoms on this color.

    I think it looks perfect together. I love the little-bit-rustic look of the fabric against the silk-ness of the ribbon (does that make even one bit of sense???!!).

    I love it too. I agree that it has a rustic beauty to it. Even a lighter linen would be pretty with a darker colored flower. You have found a winner!

    In a silver/pewter tray I see it taking on an elegant hue. In a dough bowl it will equally lean toward primitive. The other fillers around it will also make it go one way or the other. So to me it’s the best of both worlds and this color linen works very well.
