A New Perspective...

I never realized how much fun I'd have sorting through my stacks and stacks of
"inventory" from a new perspective. Now, I'm not just seeing quilts and jammies!
I now see wallets and bags when I take another look at all the colors and designs.
I spent part of yesterday sorting, and then cutting and prepping my choices to
set up my "assembly line". I'll continue cutting through the weekend, and I'll
be ready to start the sewing on Monday. Now...where did I put my scissors?

  1. I love looking through fabric...and you're absolutely right. Looking at fabrics when you have other projects in mind does lend a new perspective to the process. Have fun!

  2. I am summoning up the nerve to do a Swoon Patterns Betty Bowler. I've never done a larger size bag besides a tote.

  3. With your "fabric store" of options one could get gloriously lost in pairing colors, patterns and fun for new project wallets. Looks like a wonderful weekend in the studio. Scissor Bliss...
