(Really) Slow Stitching...

Brynwood Needleworks - The Center Block

Normally, I'd have this block easily completed over a weekend. Normally. I'm going to blame my recuperation and the meds for my slooooowww stitching. I even found myself removing something I'd already completed. sigh I'll continue to work on it as I'm able.

I'm glad Tag will be visiting with you tomorrow. I'll be back on Wednesday.

    1. Hi Marilyn:
Thank you, dear. Even if I'm feeling good, it was a major surgery. I think I need that reminder.

  2. Taking care of you is more important than stitching I think - there will be time for stitching after you recover. Just having it nearby to pick up as and when you feel like it is good - and if you don't feel like it, at least you can admire the pretty colours.

    1. Hi Maggie:
Of course, you're right. I think I'll spend a little more time napping, and not feel bad that I can't stitch right now. Having it nearby will help, though.

  3. Keep resting and listen to your body. That way you will be back up and ready to enjoy it all. It’s all right there waiting. Tag can handle it all for now !

  4. You do not need to rush your stitching. Maybe save t for another da when your meds are not so active. <3

    1. Thank for saying that, Sherry. I need to remind myself that this is a healing time, more than a stitching time. Once I kick off the meds, I'll be able to better concentrate. Perhaps tomorrow...
