It wasn't for lack of trying, but I didn't quite finish the pink socks. I'll get them done today, and then I'll have a pair of pretty pink socks to gift for Christmas.
I have an appointment with my surgeon this afternoon. I'm sure he'll be happy with my post-op progress. See you again tomorrow! I have cookie making on my agenda.

DeleteToday was a great day. Great news from the doctor (I'm healing ahead of schedule!), the sun was shining, and I finished the pink socks! Win/Win/Win. I keep reminding myself to take it easy and not overdo. I'm only two week post-op (on Tuesday), so I need to be careful for future health.
