It Must Be Spring...

In the coming weeks, I'll be sharing more photos of the flowers that thrive at Hickory Hill Farm. These beautiful, tiny scilla are providing the first color this year. They're growing in and around our bushes in the flower bed below the wraparound porch.

It's going to be fun seeing just which blooms peek their pretty heads out of the soil here. It's also going to be fun planting new "farmhouse-style" plants in among those already here.

I'm grateful that Tag and Bella force me to take breaks from the unpacking. Going outside enables me to look around the yard a little more frequently than I might if the dogs weren't bugging me. I don't want to miss a single debut. Taaa Daaaa!
