Not those drawers, girlfriends! |
I tackled that drawer. I re-folded and then I rearranged according to colors. It had to be done, and it's always fun to play in my stash. I even found a few fabrics that had slipped down in the pile so that I couldn't see them. That's been fixed.
I don't know if you can see the difference, but really, I feel so much better. Little things mean a lot to this Type A personality. Now. What can I tackle next? hmmmm
Isnt it nice to have everything in order - congrats!
ReplyDeleteNice to see what you have! I know I did this a while back and need to do it again....Just easier to see that one little snippet that is the perfect match.... Thanks for sharing and I just love your creations and ideas....Always, Faye
ReplyDeleteLittle things do mean a lot. Sometimes inspiration comes just from rearranging or straightening. I see dots in that drawer of scraps...
ReplyDeleteAutumn Blessings Dear...

ReplyDeleteIf you are yearning to clean up something else, dear friend, you can come over anytime and put all my fabric in order. lol. I do love a place for everything and everything in its place! Good for you.
ReplyDeleteI am sending you a ticket. Hurry and pack, I need you to organize my studio. I am drowning!!!!!!!
ReplyDeleteI can see a difference. It looks so nice now. When Eric came home from the army he took over our spare bedroom. Now I admit I had sprawled a bit. My sewing was in my sewing room and my needlework, tatting, and knitting were in the spare bedroom. Since I couldn't move anything my "helpers" just piled everything in jumbled piles into the sewing room. I can't even get my wheelchair in the door! Jim has promised to take some time off and help me organize everything as soon as he catches up at work. Are we looking at 2014?
