Tuesdays With Tag - Little People...

 Hi, everybody! It's me. Tag!
Mom reminded me that it's Tuesday again and you know what that means, right?
It's time for another "Tuesday With ME"!

Mom told me that there is a nice Mommy who reads my stories to her daughter,
Lilly every week, so I want to say something special to Lilly today.

The rest of you can stay and visit. I'm not going to share any secrets!
(...and I'd love it if you read my story to your little boys or girls, too.)

Lilly...I want you to know that I absolutely love little people. Especially little girls! My mom and dad have two granddaughters that are girls! When we're together I just can't get enough snuggle time with them! (We have a grandson who's a boy, too. He's bigger than the girls, but he and I have fun playing in their yard and he's really great, too.)

This is a picture of me from last summer with the little red-haired one. She's so much fun. She learned how to use my clicker. She clicks it and tells me to sit. When I do, she gives me a treat. Isn't that great? So whenever we're in the same room together, I just have to check to see if she has any treats.

Both of "our" girls love to play fairy princesses and castle. It's just perfect that I should play in the castle with them because I am a "fairy dog", after all! (I think Mom showed you this picture last summer, but I liked it so much I wanted to share it again!)

When Mom and I went to the dog beach in Venice a few weeks ago, I jumped right into the water to swim out to two little people playing in the surf. Everyone thought I was trying to save them, but I just wanted to play! They were giggling and I just couldn't help myself. I love their giggling!

So, sweet Lilly, I hope that you know a pet who loves little people as much as I do. Every little boy or girl should know the love of a faithful pet. And, if you don't know of any, you and all the other little children can make me your honorary pet! I'll adopt all of you as my very own! And remember to always be kind to animals. All we ever ask for is for people to love us and be our friends.

One more thing...Lilly. Your mom is a "no-comment blogger" so I can't send her a direct message. If she'd like to send me an email, I'd like to send a little something special to you for being my long-distance friend.

Remember last week when I told you that I'm gonna be "nootered"? I'm scheduled for my doctor's appointment now. I couldn't have it on the original date because the doctor said I had a little infection. She knows that Mom wants to make sure I'm fit as a fiddle before the surgery, so I got some medicine that I had to take for a week. It was really good, too! Mom put every pill into a little ball of crunchy peanut butter before she gave it to me each day. She thinks I didn't know there was a pill inside the peanut butter! Silly Mom. Of course, I knew, but I made her think I was grateful for the treat and I didn't yak my pills or anything. (I'm a good boy, you know.)

Anyway, my surgery is scheduled for Thursday. Mom said she'll let you know how everything goes so you know. Think good thoughts. OK? I'll be back to chat with you again next week. 'til then,
"More Waggin' and Less Barkin'!"

  2. Your such a great little friend to everyone Tag and looking forward to your speedy recovery. I hope Nellie's new Dog is friendly like you when I get to meet him. He is such a cutie and kind of spoiled and he was a shelter rescue Dog ..He got hit by a car once and has a small pin in his one leg but he doesn't even know its there. Little guys like you are always cute but I still love my big Labs too and they are having a BD soon. If you lived closer you could come to their party :)
