There were a million other things I could have been doing yesterday. Instead, I decided to play. I wanted to play with an art project I had in mind. I'm planning to have stickers made from my rendering of Bella's image, and also send a copy of this artwork to Handsome. Do you think he'll like it?
Back to the "grind" today. I'll be keeping my head down until the tax docs are ready to mail out. Hoping by Wednesday. It's snowed all weekend, so I'd just as soon stay in anyway. (I'm going to keep telling myself that until this task is accomplished.)

ReplyDeleteAs for taxes, we trundle ours out to H & R Block and let the wonderful lady there take care of it. I could do them myself but she figures out the most advantageous way for us to income split, something that I couldn't do on my own.

I'm not actually preparing returns. I have to pull all our records together and send them off to our accountant. Every year I say I'm going to prep throughout the year to avoid this. Every year I end up in this same position. You'd think after forty years I'd learn. sigh

I have a file folder and anything that comes in throughout the year just gets chucked in there and then it's a simple matter to sort it into categories before we take it to the accountant.
