I'm still in Wisconsin and enjoying time with my mum and other members of my family. My blog post will be short for today, but I'll be catching you up soon on what I've been up to. We won't be discussing the cold, rainy weather.
I own a dozen vintage Needlecraft magazines from the 1920s. I've scanned covers and will share some of them with you over the next few months.
This is the August 1925 cover. I love the image and feel of it. I've also manipulated it into full sepia tone for another look. Be sure to click on the image to get the largest view for use.
How beautiful. I think I prefer it in the sepia, but so appreciate that you show it both ways. I look forward to seeing more of these covers! Have a nice weekend! Twyla
ReplyDeleteThese are wonderful. I love it both ways. Thank you for sharing these images. Have a good time in Wisconsin, I imagine the colors are fantastic this time of the year. Sharon
ReplyDeleteHow cool is that! Was it your "mum's?" You know I love how you say that. :)
