I completed Block Three of the Wooly Critters Sampler yesterday.
Every last stitch lovingly formed and anchored.
From the first blossom to the heart-shaped centers and antennae on the butterfly...
smiles from start to finish. It's now placed in the box where I keep my other
completed blocks safe and dry - and I'm ready to set up Block Four.
Block Four is the "Bunny & Strawberry Basket".
The wool fabrics and Sulky #12 threads for this one have been selected.
I've handpicked each wool and thread from my "inventory", and the pattern
has been traced onto Heat n' Bond Lite. Today, I'll cut out the wools and
adhere them to the creamy, soft flannel background fabric.
They'll be ready and waiting for the next opportunity I find to sit and stitch
the next block in the Wooly Critters Sampler series. That time will be very soon.
So very pretty!
