Stay safe, and keep your pets safer. I don't have a beef with fireworks noise,
but some of my furry friends aren't so lucky. Have fun, but remember them, too.

ReplyDeleteI live in a city - we are street after street of old 3-family apartments. My cat hates fireworks and my landlords, who also live in the building, have 2 Westies who are terrified of them. People constantly shoot off fireworks behind and beside these old buildings - the noise echoes around the neighborhood and I keep waiting for someone to set fire to their building. We constantly petition the city to ban unlicensed fireworks, but to no avail. Sometimes it sounds like a war zone around here.
