Tomorrow's Another Day...

I looked at that face yesterday and couldn't think of a single thing I'd rather do than play with Taggart. If you'd been here, you would have felt exactly the same way! I know. Don't ya just wanna smooch that face?

He's lived with us since the Fourth of July...Gosh! That's only 10 days, but already he knows his name (both the good boy and bad boy versions!) and "sit" - and he's a real pro when it comes to "hurry up". He prefers that I tell him what a good boy he is first, and then as soon as I say "hurry up", he delivers!
As you can see, he's a little embarrassed that I'm telling you about his outdoor personal hygiene. He's not real big on smooches, either. He'd rather I toss his kong toy, blue rubber ball or Handsome's shoes. Tough toenails, Tag. Ya know you're gonna get smooches whether you like 'em or not! It's part of my job description.

All this is my long way of telling you that I didn't do one single creative thing yesterday. Oh, well. The studio can wait, but puppies are only puppies for a little while.

  4. No-one could blame you, Donna! Who could resist that beautiful corgi face. You know I lost my little corgi Ralph, had a beautiful K=kelpie (Matilda-aka Tilly) for a while and now I have a sweet little dog that is SUPPOSED to be Tibetan Spaniel/corgi X. Well Tibetan spaniels have those sort of squashed faces, Honey doesn't- and she has "folded ears that stick straight up when she is interested in what we are saying to her and they look EXACTLY like a corgi's. Don't you just love having pets? I sure do. :)

  6. He's a cutie and I love the "Big Ear" stage. You know, when their ears are too big for their head. It only lasts a short time, but they look so cute!

Nice post. Forget the thread. Its Tag Time.

  10. Taggart looks like he is doing his Elvis impression with his lip. :o) I would be giving him smooches too. My BooBoo kitty hates me giving her kisses but I do it anyway! Definitely spend time with Taggart over your studio as he is precious and only this age once. Wonderful weekend to you...

  14. Oh, what a cutie, I totally missed you got a new dog. Although it is the same brand he looks totally different from Fezzik. He has much bigger ears and looks so naughty out of his eyes. I like him already!
