Independence Day was truly special for us.
We have a new corgi in our home.
Please meet "Brynwood's Taggart"
but we'll call him "Tag".
I think he likes me!
(Kes likes him, too. I'll share photos soon.)
This is a photo of us with Tag's breeder, Kelly Groves. She owns Glencoe Corgis and bred this sweet-faced little man. We went all the way to Michigan just to pick him up from her. We'll look forward to sharing more pictures and new adventures with you - hopefully, for many years to come. I know Fezzik would approve. Thank you, Kelly. You've helped to mend this broken heart. I'll be forever grateful to you.
Come on, Tag! We have lots of fun ahead of us, boy.
Oh my gosh, Donna, Tag is adorable! I am so excited for you and the girls and I send one million hugs and kisses to you and your precious puppy!

I've been there quite a few times, and it's where my inner heart lives, my spiritual self. God Bless you and yours and may your journey with Tag be long and joyous.

ReplyDeleteHi Donna! Tag is just gorgeous! A companion for Kes, and Fez would approve too. Another pet to love and be loved in return- how wonderful.
ReplyDelete'Taggart" was one of my favourite TV shows, too. :)
Donna--I wanted to write and tell you how glad I am that you got another Corgi. They are wonderful dogs, and I already love his enormous ears and big feet. I lost Tucker in much the same way you lost Fezzick--too soon and too suddenly. It's a loss you never quite get over; but on the other hand, I think it makes possible to love again..and again. I now have Louisa, who is not a Corgi but a Newfoundland. I love your blog; I sew a lot as well. Give Taggart a big hug for us! Love, Eleanor
ReplyDeleteWhat wonderful pictures! Tag is just adorable and you both look so happy! Let the fun begin!
ReplyDeleteTag is soooooo cute, can't wait to get to know him...looking forward to more pics!
