Disapproving Labrador Ahead...

I sat outside today to finish hand sewing the binding onto my latest quilt. Rather than take of photograph of my half-finished sewing, I chose to take Kessie's picture instead.
 Just like a child, she knew right away 
that I was pointing the camera at her...
and almost as quickly, I got the "disapproving Labrador" look.
Oh well. I tried.

Hope you're enjoying your holiday weekend. We sure are. (Although you couldn't tell from this picture!) I'll share the finished quilt with you after we finish celebrating.

    Awwww......that doesn't look as if she's disapproving. More like she's squinting up her eyes getting ready to smile. She's such a sweetheart. Love our Labradores!

    I get that look when I try to take my dogs pictures, too. They don't like it! Kessie still looks sweet. Happy weekend! Twyla

    Looking forward to seeing your finished quilt but the picture of Kess is adorable. If Bianca sees me with the camera pointed at her ..she turns her head..Dogs are so funny sometimes and each one has a different personality.

    Hilarious how they know that isn't it! My kitties are the same - blink, blink and the head droops a bit and turns away - unless of course they're fast asleep!
