Perhaps a cold pack on the area will reduce some inflamation...I'm no doctor so if this is a bad idea for your back condition don't do it...I feel for you....It is what I have to do for mine. Hope it eases up soon.
Donna, Your post tickled me. I am having back issues too but I never would have thought of such a clever response to it. I can just imagine your saying "shoot" everytime you got a catch in it and then that light bulb went off....and you realized what you could do with that...he,he, he... fun!
Donna, you're hilarious! Love the pix w/ the post. Seriously, I DO hope your back improves. My husband has a *difficult and delicate* back, so I completely understand about back problems. Thank you soooo much for your help with the blue guilloche brooch. I forwarded it on to my mother who says that though it isn't the exact pin, it's the closest to her grandmothers pin she's ever seen. Thank you for your help. Guess I need to be more vigilant in checking out Ebay for this. I'd love to surprise Mom with the exact replica some day. Anyway, hope you are improving. Have a great weekend. Thank you again. ; ) ~Michele
I sympathise greatly with you - drugs are good. Seriously, keep moving if you can so that the muscles don't seize any more than they already have. Wishing you a speedy recovery.
Every night without fail, I lie down on my bed and read while moving a cold pack up and down my back and neck. Eases out the kinks I missed while stretching. Hope you feel lots better real soon. Brenda

Hi Donna! You'll have to get your handsome percussionist to work some magic on your back. You all have a wonderful New Year! Hugs, Carol
