Yesterday, I had finished packing for our trip and was waiting for Handsome to finish his last-minute tasks, so I headed into the studio for a little while. What to do? What to do?I pulled out my muslin, a favorite acorn stamp and ink, and started tearing strips of fabric. When I was finished with the "aggressive" portion of the project, I started stamping down the length of the ribbon.
The result is a lovely, shabby ribbon that I'll use to wrap gifts, embellish projects and tie up stray bundles of fabric. Voila! A project finished in the time it takes one Handsome husband to prep for a trip. See? I told you! There's always time to create!
