Twice In One Week...

I just had to share more pictures of Tag with you this week! I told you we've been walking in the mornings (not every day, but three or four times a week). Well, on those walkies, Tag gets really grungy paws, tummy and pants.  I wanted to clean him up (and in turn, keep our home a little tidier, too) so into the bathtub he went!
Later in the day, I walked into our bedroom to find the Corgi back in the bathroom checking out his towels and the tub. (He hadn't seen it before and was apparently fascinated with our "indoor swimming pool"...in just his size!)
"Hey! Where did all the water go?"
I love his cute pants in this picture! I wonder what he can see. hmmmmm
Yup. That's where the water was, and the faucet is on that end, too. Is he wanting to get back in there again? Is he thinking about swimming? Who knows what lurks deep in the heart of a Corgi? (muahahaha)
Oh! Hi, Tag!

Tag and I are heading across the state early Saturday morning to attend the 2011 Florida Corgi Picnic. I haven't gone before, but their website says that they had over 200 Corgis last year! We managed to get registered, so we'll leave home at about 6 am and be home after dark.

There will be raffles, auctions, contests and other events. It's going to be great fun! We'll tell you all about it next Tuesday (with pictures, of course!).

  2. He's so cute, (and smart!) Our Maine Coon has the longest fur on her hind quarters, and we call them her "Fur Chaps". They're just like kids, huh? Have fun on your outing! xoxo

  4. I'm glad he enjoys his bath. I bathe our 2 smaller dogs in the laundry room sink. Judy is not fond of a bath but tolerates it. Everytime I go in the laundry room and turn that faucet on she thinks she is getting a bath. She will slink into the room, head bowed, ears down and shivering! I have to tell her, she is not getting a bath and then she perks up right away. She thinks Rufus will be the one and she can sit back and watch!

  8. Tag has such a great personality and so much curiousity...he could be my BooBoo kitty I love and adore. He definitely looks like he wants another bath. How great to go to a picnic just for Corgis. That will quite the destination adventure! Kind of like Disneyland for Tag...
Safe Travels and a napping blankie as it will be a fun-filled very long day.

  10. Donna, that is so adorable. I'll bet if he had longer legs he'd be IN that tub in a flash. :-)
