Bamboo Sweater Progress...

I spent Sunday working on my studio decor in anticipation of Where Bloggers Create II, so I have no photos of the quilt to show you today. However, when the studio project was finished, I just didn't have the concentration to work on the quilt. Instead, I decided I'd better get back to knitting on my Bamboo Sweater if I want to be able to wear it in Wisconsin when I travel to my cousin's wedding the end of this month.

I'll be back to sewing on the quilt today, so I promise to show you what my quilt top looks like in Tuesday's post.

Thanks to everyone for leaving messages for Kes. She really enjoyed reading what everyone had to say, and made a point of showing me how popular she was. She was so darn cute, I just didn't have the heart to holler at her. But I did make her do some recycling to teach her a lesson! (One of these days, I'll photograph her hard at work on keeping us "greener". I think you'll really get a kick out of it.)

Hey Donna,
I always get all excited when I'm the first comment, LOL ! It's the little things in life, right? Love the sweater! You really amaze me Donna, you can make anything with a needle of some sort. I'm trying to work on WBC, my studio is really a fright right now with Paper Cowgirls & various other projects. I can't wait to see yours tho. Lisa

The sweater is looking beautiful so far (just like everything else you make). It's always such a pleasure coming to your blog because of the wonderful inspiration you provide. This sweater puts me in a knitting mood now. But I'll have to hold off - the temps have been a little too warm to think of handling wool!

Oooh, how beautiful! Such small needles and fine gauge. I admire your patience and skill. ~ Be sure and show us when it's finished.

Oh so pretty Donna!!!! Can't wait to see it finished. And that post with Kes was adorable! Oh how I wish I had sweet Reba to do a post with....
Speaking of studios... I have been mucking mine out. Heavens how did it get to be such a mess? No wonder I stopped creating in there! I did a whole post on "It's Karen Valentine's Fault". I learned one more thing too. WHEN WHERE BLOGGERS CREATE II is over I'm tearing out that wallpaper! After a week with it I HATE IT! Gues I've been living in blogland with all those soothing charming cream, white & blacks. Charlene

You have to be one that has to keep the hands busy with one project or another. I love your sweater that you are making. I will be anxious to see it finished. I have started reading between you and me blog thanks to you. Her blog is so enjoyable. Thank you my friend. The story she did on Margaret B was so awesome. Margaret B is such a special person to a lot of us. I will have to wait until tomorrow to read your next post because I have to go to bed. Have a wonderful week. Your Missouri Friend.
