Gee, It's Good To Be Back Home Again...

When we left Wisconsin, the weather looked like this.
Thick as pea soup, I tell you!
We managed to maneuver through security at Milwaukee's Mitchell International Airport, and as we headed to our gate, I happened to look up and see this sign. It's right above the area where you can put your shoes back on, and "get dressed" again after going through all the security checks. Someone has a sense of humor, don't you think? I had to take a picture for you!

All the suitcases are empty now and it's time to think about my next project. I promise to return tomorrow with some new ideas for you, and a peek at what's on deck in the studio.

Late day edit: My aunt just gave me this link to a Milwaukee Journal-Sentinel article that was written about that sign. You can read it here.

  8. That is so funny and so true. Whenever I fly I feel like I have to get 'redressed' after the security check. Glad you are back home.

You're right someone had a great sense of humor. and your grandson is such a good lookin' little guy and how sweet, love the glow in the dark necklace and rootbeer. Just too cute!

  13. It's been years since I flew. And I don't want to! Yes, that someone does indeed have a sense of humor. Or we're missing something.

  15. Having blog problems, not being able to connect with others until today. So I had the joy of catch up about your trip. The concert, the return to a favorite restaurant, your darling grandson (what a love),your beautiful shaker box and fabulous embroidery, the fog and the fun sign. I am glad you had such a good time and are home safe and sound.
