Tuesdays With Tag - My Latest Video Is Live...

Brynwood Needleworks - Taggart

 Hi, Everybody!
I hope you're ready for this week's treat...a brand, spankin' new video!

Last week, Mom, Dad, Padfoot and I were hangin' out poolside. We were all tryin' to relax, except for herself, who was whinin' and carryin' on 'cuz she wanted to swim and fetch.

Mom tossed the retrievin' dummy for her a bunch of times, and then she put the thing up on top of her wood cabinet on the lanai. Well, The Black Dog kept jumpin' out of the pool (soakin' wet) and runnin' over to the cabinet, where she shook about three hundred gallons of water all over the wood...then she'd sit there, whinin' some more for that stoopid dummy.

Mom decided that she'd toss it a couple more times and then put it on the waterfall, where Bella sure wouldn't get it, and it would keep more water off her cabinet. (That was a laugh.) After about two whole minutes, Bella had that all figured out. Our video shows you how she solved this problem.

Grab your popcorn and soda (or at least coffee/tea and a crumpet) and enjoy the show. Be sure to turn on your sound. It's better if you click the icon for full screen, too...except for Corgis, bigger is better.

I'll see you again in seven. 'til then...

  1. Tag,

You're such a good big brother! Poor Miss Heidi would love to send you two more sisters. Kisses from all the girls here in VA.

  2. Loved your video, Tag! And now I have my very own Corgi--Lily. She is everything a Corgi should be and we are having fun; so smart I have to think fast to be ahead of her and then sometimes I don't make it. Will send you a picture soon!

  4. That was a lot of fun. Donna, your curtsy at the end reminded me of several years back a conversation I had with Rowen. Background story first....I can remember quite clearly my mother teaching me to curtsy when I was three years old. It isn't as easy as you made it seem when you are that little, and I can remember practicing to get it right. When Emily was little I taught her to curtsy also. She took ballet, tap and jazz for years and curtsying went along with her dancing. Back to Rowen, when she was about 3 1/2 I thought I would teach her how to curtsy. She wanted to know why she would curtsy. I tried to explain times when she might want to curtsy and she looked at me and said, "Oh Grandmama, you are so silly." I realized that just curtsying had become quite old-fashioned. I have her doing some things, always having a hanky and wearing an apron when she cooks. But some of the things I do she rolls her eyes at. By the way Rowen and Seamus are about to have a baby sister any day now, little Rory Lou.

  5. Tag you are so very lucky to have your very own pool and be able to play fetch and swim. Bella is a lot taller than you but she isn't anywhere as cute as you. Keep tellin us your tales...and great music choice. Mom is a real sport to keep playin so long! Happy Tails...

  6. Hi Tag! Checked out your video and I think you underestimate the intelligence of Bella. Just sayin'. You are a good fetcher also. Willie and Gracie (rescue Corgis) never learned to play with toys and don't like swimming, so they don't get to have the kind of fun you do. Loved your video. :-)
