Mom's been tellin' you all about her project list for Christmas.
Well, I started thinkin' about it and I have a list, too...

I put a lot of thought into this, too.
Here's what I'd like for Christmas...
• a warm bed - in a lovin' home - for every stray or dog in a shelter
• for people who already have dogs to never hurt or abandon them
• that everyone who has a pet, plans for them in case their person dies
• for every dog (and their people) to have enough to eat and drink
• for there to be no more puppy mills or pet stores that support them
• for treats for Bella and me

One more thing...Remember, we'll be loyal and lovin' to our families for our entire lives. If you don't want to keep a dog when it's no longer a cute, cuddly puppy or don't want to be bothered with the inconvenience of an old dog, please get a stuffed animal instead.
Bella and I are lucky. We know that Mom and Dad will love and care for us for our entire lives. They've already planned for what happens to us in case somethin' happens to them. We wish that for every dog.
Bella and I can't wait for Mom and Dad to put up our Christmas tree. (Bella's gonna love this!) Mom's still sewing, so we have to wait a few more days until the decoratin' starts. As soon as those packages get shipped, we're gonna start partyin'! Deckin' the halls, singin' carols, and all!
I'll see you again in seven! 'til then...

Oh Tag you sweet little fella, your list looks a lot like mine dear heart! I care for 11 rescue cats and 4 stray babies who come to my porch to eat but won't come near the door. My heart's dream is for every fur or feather baby on the Lord's dear earth to be treated with love and respect. I do believe in my heart that we may see this happen someday Tag!

Great post, Tag!! My Pollie dog feels the same way you do!! She is sportin' a Christmas ribbon around her neck and in our house, everyday is National Pollie Dog Day!! Hope you and your sweet family have a wonderful Christmas!!
ReplyDeleteHow sweet! You are a good dog, Tag! Wish I could have a dog, but I'm allergic, work full time and live in an apartment. However, I do have friends who have rescue dogs that are the best animals in the world! Hopefully, more homeless puppies and kittens, will find forever homes.
