Tuesday morning, I saw that Brynwood reached three hundred followers. I was so excited, I contacted #300 (Lou at Pretty Posies and Paper Trails) to congratulate her. As soon as I get her address from her, I'll be sending this little pincushion on its way. (I made it yesterday - just for Lou!) Right after I contacted Lou, someone moved away. Sorry to see you go, but Lou will still be getting her gift from me.
Then, later in the day, we got a new 300th follower (I have to come up with another term rather than "Follower"! After all, you're all leaders in my book!) Anyway, The Paper Princess (Ramona) of Create With Joy is now #300, so I made another pincushion, contacted her and she'll get a little pincushion, too!
When you get a chance, head over to Pretty Posies and Paper Trails to congratulate Lou, and then visit Create With Joy and say hello to The Paper Princess Ramona. Just as soon as my 300th Post Giveaway Celebration (February 28th) ends, I'll be all set to launch the 300th Follower Celebration. I'm planning multiple chances to win that one, too!
I hope you like my little Rabbit Garden Pincushion creations. I made them yesterday with this little celebration in mind. I also made another for the Boutique. You can see it here.
Congratulations, Lou and Ramona...and thanks to every single friend who made this new milestone possible. You...and you...and you...and you...

A huge congratulations again on your 300th Follower. Sometimes people give up their blogs and then they drop off. I couldn't see anyone doing it for any other reason because your blog is so nice. The give away gifts are just stunning. And an Alice in Wonderland Theme! How cool. My daughter is in an AiW play at school. Maybe I can win (well, there's always hoping isn't there?) :o)
ReplyDeleteCongratulations! Wooo hooo! Of course you have that many followers...you have a wonderful blog and you are just so darn fun!

The pincushions are beautiful! I don't sew, as you well know, and even *I* think I need one of them! Hey, some things are just for looking at and admiring, right? ;-)
ReplyDeleteIsn't that funny when followers just go poof? I always assume it was something I said, oh well!
Happy 400 now...you'll be there soon!

ReplyDeletecongratulations!!! these are just so sweet, love following your blog, such great eye candy!
ReplyDeleteCongrats! 300 followers is an amazing accomplishment and a tribute to being a artful, dedicated blogger!
ReplyDeleteWell, congrats to them both! And to you! I wanted to tell you I was in the local antique mall today. And I saw pincushions attached atop glass candlesticks. I'd never seen that before. Just a stuffed cushion on top, glued on I guess.
ReplyDeleteBrenda
Oh, I think that is one of the prettiest pincushions I have ever seen! This is such a fun place to visit! Twyla
ReplyDeleteMy goodness, I'm pretty sure you are THE most generous blogger out there!!!
ReplyDeleteYour pincushions are adorable. I have been doing more reading lately and enjoy when people leave me comments. I usually read the blogs I like to help to unwind from the stress of the day. Maybe one day I will get to retire and stay home. I don't know when as bills have to be paid. Take care.
ReplyDeleteCongratulations on #300th followers. We're moving our Antic Shop and I haven't been able to visit for awhile. Your still going strong. I look at my little card you sent me every day.
ReplyDeleteI'm waiting for my 50th follower, then I'm having a give a way. One more person.
Thanks for the sweet visit.
Big Hugs

Donna,
ReplyDeleteHi there, I've been so busy with life that I've gotten behind on your posts. Your giveaways are the BEST! And you have so many of them. I am hoping one day my number will come up! I enjoyed reading about your knitting group & how you make blankets. It reminded me of a special memory. When my triplets were born a volunteer from the hospital presented us with 3 amazing handmade blankets, crafting my a lovely group of women who make them for preemies in the NICU. Those cozy blankets kept my babies warm when I couldn't be there. They were used for a year & then I laundered them & packed them away with the note that came with them & put them into the kids memory boxes. Very special. Sorry so long, thanks for letting me share that. Lisa
