I want you to see the cute little scissors holder I bought at A Good Yarn Sarasota last week. It's a Lantern Moon piece, called Baaaabs The Scissor Holder. Isn't the little sheepy black face cute? I really like the little yarn basket it holds between its hooves, too! So sweet!
I'm so close to finishing my shawl! I'm going to work on it this morning until it's done. I'll promise to take photos later today, so I can show it to you this evening. My dear friend, Ellen, has been in love with this shawl, so I'm going to ask her to model it for the photo. I'm sure she'll be happy to help!
I'm also busy deciding what to offer for my 300th Post Giveaway. I really want everything to be special for you! I promise to tell you about it very soon, so please keep checking back for more information.
I have some new digital video to process so I can share Handsome's latest concert efforts with you, and we have house guests for the next week...Handsome's brother and a mutual friend. They'll be taking the motorcycles out for daily jaunts, and if the weather improves, they're planning an overnight trip, too. (Lots of time for me to play in the studio, don't you know?)
So much in my head...I have to focus and finish. Yup..."focus and finish". Perhaps that will be my motto this week. I'll let you know how it goes.
Happy Birthday wishes to Adele. I hope your day was perfect, my friend. You deserve it!
