Tomorrow Jan and I are going to do some canning, stocking up a bit more for the winter. I have chicken breasts to pressure can, and I need to put up some more beef roast meat, too.
Today, I'm working from 10 am - 2 pm, with a classmate dinner at 3. I've invited Jan to join us, so she'll meet up with me after work and we'll go to town to visit my friends.
This Saturday is Craft Day in Portage, and as she knows these friends, she's going to come and play, too. I think these breaks will be just what she needs right now. Plus, the more, the merrier, right? (I did okay it with Adrienne to be sure we had room.)
I'm not scheduled to work the rest of this week, so we'll be otherwise occupied until I return to work on Monday. Yippee!
