Morning Glories...

Brynwood Needleworks - Morning Glories

Thank you to everyone who took the time to read my world's longest blog post yesterday. Thanks also to those who left such kind comments. I promise I'll respond to everyone (who has a trackback email) in the next day or so...and never write such a long post again!

We had rain overnight last night, which left everything lush and green. We have a gorgeous patch of morning glories growing next to our back door and it was in full bloom this morning.

Brynwood Needleworks - Barn Board Bench and Morning Glories

When Shelly gave me us her handcrafted bench yesterday, she asked if she could place it in the same place the twin had originally occupied. It nestled right into those morning glories and was immediately right at home. This is where it belongs, and this is where it will stay.

Brynwood Needleworks - Our Neighbor's View of Our Farm

We visited with our neighbors mid-morning, and I turned to see their view of our farm. Even from here, you can see it's a happy place.

  1. Peace is what I see in this view. I am so happy for you both. An incredible blessing. Gives my hubby and I hope that we may be able to escape the concrete city one day too. Am so excited to follow the progress.

  5. It's absolutely lovely! Is it a whole new world geographically where you can have flowers that you love but which didn't grow in Florida because of the heat or climate?
IF yes, you must be so glad to be home again!
