February Blissfull ATC Swap...

It's that time again. February's theme for the Blissfull ATC Swap was "Love". (Do you have any idea how hard it was for me not to do "Lunch" instead?)

My swap partner this month was none other than Miss Blissfull, Wendy, herself! Look at her fabulous creations!
The title of her artist trading card was "Unlucky at Cards". There are so many things to look at just on the front of this card, but her back is gorgeous, too!
It has all the requisite information, but then she adds a silky flower and sheet music, too. Yup. Gorgeous!
As an added treat, Wendy created this beautiful heart-shaped pocket, with a spot for featuring my favorite photo of Handsome (Wendy's suggestion). Wendy really has a way with paper and ephemera!

Thank you, my friend. I really appreciate your artistic efforts, and these new items will have a treasured spot among my cards. Happy Valentine's Day, too!
This is the wee card I sent to Wendy. It features two little, kissing cherubs, vintage heart lace and flowers, quartz hearts and a silver frame around the card title, "Love Changes Everything". (Again, I avoided "Lunch"! Proud of me, right?) I wrapped the card in a little something special and sent it on its way to Wendy. I hope she likes it.
I really had fun reading all of your comments yesterday. Because I couldn't pick a favorite, I'm going to share all the submissions to my fun, little challenge:
  • "The Power of Lunch" by Celine Dion - from Shell at The Raspberry Rabbits
  • "Lunch Is A Many Splendored Thing" - from Ruby of Neither Brilliant Nor Beautiful
  • "Secret Lunch" by Doris Day, "Prisoner of Lunch" by Perry Como, "April Lunch" by Pat Boone, "Big Hunk O' Lunch" by Elvis Presley, "Where Did Our Lunch Go" by the Supremes, and "Can't Buy Me Lunch" by the Beatles - from Jill - Whimsey Creations of Untie The Ribbons
  • "Best of My Lunch" by the Eagles, and "I Think I Lunch You" by the Partridge Family - from Sherry from Blessings From Our Nest
  • "What's Lunch Got To Do With It?" by Tina Turner, and "Who Wrote The Book of Lunch?" by The Monotones - From Judy C. from Black Cat Quilting

  • My final contributions to all this Valentine silliness are:
    • "Lunch Will Keep Us Together" by Captain and Tenille
    • "Lunch Shack" by the B-52s
    • "Lunch Will Lead You Back" by Taylor Dayne
    • "Tonight I Celebrate My Lunch For You" by Peabo Bryson and Roberta Flack
I hope you had fun thinking up your own, even if you didn't comment. It's a great game to play with friends or the kids. See who gets stumped first!

Even though the holiday is over, Happy Valentine's Day, Handsome. Your stories never fail to amuse and amaze me. I'm so blessed to have you in my life.
