I Was Just Wondering...

Thanks again to Karen of The Graphics Fairy for this image.
I so love giving gifts to my friends in Blogland!
Creating something four somethings to give will be even better!
I have a few ideas of what I want to create for my
400th Follower Giveaway, but I'm really interested to know what
you would wish for if you were to win one of the four gifts I'll be creating.

You'll notice that I ask you to become my "follower" in my giveaway,
but as mentioned by Carol in her comment on that post, I
also prefer to think of you as "friends". I refer to my list as
my Friends List, but even so, Blogger refers to y'all as Followers.
Just know that I don't think I'm leading anyone anywhere, and
I consider myself of friend of your blog, even though I have
to click the "Follow" button to join you in your journeys.

Your comments today won't count as an entry in the giveaway,
so please be sure to enter here, if you haven't entered yet.

So, if you were to win, what would you wish for?
Would you like me to make a cushion, embellished
with vintage buttons and lovely old lace?
Perhaps, you'd prefer a charm with added crystals,
hanging from a beautiful ribbon?
Is a sachet, with bits and bobs of vintage goodness
and filled with sweet lavender buds more to your liking?
or
Oh, yes...Maybe you'd love a tote or handbag with
the image of the two ballerinas to carry with you
or keep in your studio to hold some of your craft supplies?
I might create a wall pocket to hang in your creative space,
or
make a special keepsake out of a clay pot!
A pincushion, or a glasses case?
A keychain, or a table mat?
Whew!
I'm still thinking...
but, I'd love to hear YOUR idea of
the perfect way to fulfill your wish.

You all mean so much to me...I'd love to make
something special to show my appreciation.

I can't wait to read what you have in mind!

  1. If I were to win (and I really hope I do!) I would love a sweet embellished cushion for my even sweeter little 5 year old granddaughter! We just watched her third ballet performance (this year was 'Paquita') Little Miss R was an Iris! She knew her routine perfectly! She shares a room with her little sister and the image with the two ballet dancers would be so sweet in their room! Her favorite color is ~ PINK ~ so it would be perfect ~ if I were to win!

  2. Everything you create is SO beautiful.... I love the pin cushions in the different china pieces. Your bags are wonderful... do you make organizer type bags/baskets for the sewing table?

    Those could be handy...

You are so generous to us all :)

  9. Gosh, I don't know, Donna!
Everything you make is gorgeous, and I know that firsthand.

Hmmm, maybe a table runner? Burlap and cream colored and embellished with vintage goodness?

I'm sorry I haven't been around as much lately, life is a whirlwind around these parts!!!

Have a safe and Happy 4th!

  10. Donna,
If I were to win something you had created...now why did you have to take me here in the land of I WANT featuring your beautiful work! Well, anyway even though I won't want to leave, here I go. I see all of Donna's needlework around me. Pin cushions, pillows, stockings, needlework with Michele Palmer works of art included. Oh! look over there an etsy shop with more goodies. Needle keeps and teacup pin cushions, A Dream Baby pillow and a pattern for a Flower cowl. So many things how can a girl choose. Well of all those things I think the pattern for the cowl is just yummy, it makes me think of cooler weather and that sounds pretty good right about now.

Or a little zippered bag to hold my pencils & such? How bout one of your ATC's? Whatever I wish for my biggest wish is for you to post another 400 real soon! Love to read you Donna. Lisa
