Cutting Coralines...

Brynwood Needleworks - Coralines
This wasn't the only thing I did in the studio yesterday, but it was the one thing I did toward making new items for my Etsy shop (or as Christmas gifts).

I'm going to make two Coraline clutches, and I'm modifying them to include credit card slots. I spent the afternoon cutting fabrics for exteriors and linings; interfacings and choosing hardware. Then I fused the interfacings. Now all I have to do is assemble them.

I also did a little shopping yesterday morning. I purchased three beautiful vinyl fabrics that I'll be using to make wallets and handbags. My only dilemma is which one to use first! I guess I'll concentrate on one thing at a time. I'll sew up these Coralines first.

(Tag's very excited. Bella's coming home today!)

  2. New to your blog, Donna and find we are not too far apart. I live winters in Zolfo Springs. Do you have 'sticks and bricks store" or just online?
I think it's going to take me a while to catch up with everything on your blog but I know I"ll enjoy doing it!
    Thank you!
