Fezzik Friday - Seven Months...

This is how we celebrated me being seven months old this week - all of us lying around, feeling sorry for ourselves. BORING!! Mom doesn't like to write about yukky stuff on her blog, so it took a while for her to tell you that she wasn't feeling well. I'm glad she's feeling better now, though, because now we're doing fun things again.
  • We've been exploring outside (I really missed that!)
  • Mom's been playing with me in the house. (She throws toys for me and we wrestle around.)
  • We all laugh when I'm being silly and when Kes and I are playing. Mom and Dad especially like it when I chase around my kong toy and growl at it when it tries to get away.
  • Mom's teaching me a few tricks. (I don't like "stay". I have lots of things to do, you know!)
  • The coolest thing is that Mom said she's going to make a new quilt just for me. So far, I've been using Kessie's blankets and quilts. I've really wanted one of my own!
These are the fabrics that Mom found to make my quilt. Aren't they perfect? All the great dog faces, and even one that looks almost like me! (And Mom says the yellow lab looks like Kessie when she was a puppy.)
Mom found this when she was shopping at Kathy's shop in Harbour Heights. I met Kathy when Mom let me ride along one day. I really like her. The twill tape came from a seller on eBay. Mom said there's even enough to make a new collar for me! (I hope she doesn't put any "bling" on it. Too girly!)

There you have it! No more yukky colds around here anymore. Things are getting back to normal, and the corgi now getting his proper attention again - and the occasional cottage cheese chaser in my breakfast kibble (yum!). Life is good, whether you're walking on two legs or four short ones. See you next week!
