As Handsome, Tag and I travel homeward on this Independence Day,
we will take time to count the blessings
that come with being an American...
Pride in our country,
Optimism for our future,
Gratitude for the wisdom of our forefathers,
We are thankful for the precious gift of Freedom
because of the sacrifices of those who came before...
and we are forever indebted to those
who continue to serve to protect our rights
here and abroad.

of the day that Tag came to live with us.
