Can't wait. They are usually all in the winter so this will be a nice change. Also, I'm having my guild meeting at my cabin on the lake in July for our Christmas in July gift exchange. Guild members are wonderful! Aren't they?!Erlota Knitshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02350485836212099385noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5258439638299238385.post-14819018668226216972016-06-13T13:53:58.012-05:002016-06-13T13:53:58.012-05:00Donna,

Such wonderful projects you have shared here. How cute to use Yo-Yos to embellish kitchen towels. Yes, it is quite a phenomenon that quilters take a perfectly good piece of fabric and cut it all up only to sew it back together again in a completely different beautiful piece of fabric. The talent amazes me...honestly. I have tried it and believe I must have a "spatial dyslexia" disease because my pieces do not sew back together correctly. It is easy to see by all the happy faces and Beatiful smiles that your quilt retreat is a wonderful way to spend time with friends. Amish food sounds like it would be very good. I actually like liver and onions too. Peanut Butter spread on ice cream...HEAVEN! I fear I would spend too much time talking - and oohing and aahing over everyone's project - and not get anything done. (I really should look into a guild here, though.) I was not aware of the Amish plan for world domination through peanut butter...I say, go for it! ~grin~ I would love to play my part. xoJacque.https://www.blogger.com/profile/11171878615414692923noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5258439638299238385.post-85932747666979363092016-06-13T06:41:53.356-05:002016-06-13T06:41:53.356-05:00What a great post. And the dinner, I also was curious as to where you were. Wish we had a place like that around here, looks yummy. Knew about Amish apple butter but wonder what their secret is for the peanut butter? Interesting! Looks like fun time had by all. :)Buttonshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01302351324610403084noreply@blogger.com
