Tuesdays With Tag - He's My Brother...

It's me again. Tag!
Bet you've been waiting to see me all week, right?
Well, this week, I'd like to formally introduce you to my brother, Trip.

Here he is.
Can you tell we're related?
I hadn't seen him since last year, but we sure made up for lost time!

Here we are together...from the front. That's him on the left and I'm the handsome one on the right. (Please excuse the "schnozzled up" windows. That's was Trip's fault. Not mine!)

We got to spend something Mom called "Quality Time" together on the deck. If you ask me, I think we were missing all the good gossip between her and Aunt Marion!

We were always glad to see Trip's dad when he got back home at the end of the day. We liked telling him all about our day. (That's my butt on the left and Trip's on the right.)

Sometimes we just frapped around the house together, and one day we took a long walk and actually saw CHICKENS! We were on leashes so we couldn't chase them, but we sure thought about it.

And sometimes, Trip just sat and looked all moony-eyed at Mom.  He's a real Casanova, this guy. He liked to stand on his hind legs and kiss MY mom! Every time he did that, I ran over and stood on HIM. The nerve of this guy!

Mom giggled and said, "He's so sweet. Why don't you give Momma kisses, too, Tag?" Right! I've got a reputation to uphold, after all. I'm glad Trip's not around all the time. I'd have to learn to get mushy just to keep up with him!
We also spent time playing around with Trip's other brother, Nick. Nicky had all the corgi he could handle while we were together, but I secretly think he's missing all the hoopla now that his life is back to normal. He got lots of attention from Mom and Dad, too. They like Labradors almost as much as they like me!
I was pretty lucky to get to spend time with THREE great Labs over the past few weeks. (Nelson, Duncan and Nick!) Of course, they were lucky to get to spend time with me, too!
This is how we ended most days. Trip sacked out on the floor, and me sacked out on Trip! We had a great time together and I can hardly wait to see him again. He's just my size!

See you again next week!
'til then,
"More Waggin' and Less Barkin'!"

  11. Really late on this but:
Trip so enjoyed the time with his brother, almost as much as I enjoyed time with Donna (and Handsome). Good times, good friends.
